Cinematic Wedding Highlight Video
Ben will be capturing the couple and their guests throughout their special day. He will be on-site throughout all of the day's precious moments, such as preparations, setup, ceremony, reception, and guest shots. From the beginning to the end of the day, without charging hourly rates, Ben is there. Lastly, he will edit and color the video, as well as add audio and music artistically.

Drone shots included (weather and airspace permitting).
Final video will be made available on a private YouTube page for immediate access and to share with family and friends.

Tripod video of the ceremony filmed on a separate camera.
Toast Video
Video of toasts during the wedding reception.
The person giving the toast and the Bride and Groom's reactions will be filmed.

Additional Long-Form & Highlight Video Services
Wedding Rehearsal Dinner Video
The videographer will be capturing the highlights from the wedding rehearsal and dinner. The videographer will edit and color the video. The final video will be made available on a private YouTube page for immediate access and will also be sent in a custom USB box gift set.
Full Length Edit: 5-11 minute highlight video, detailing the events of the wedding rehearsal.
Audio and video of toasts will be captured and placed artistically throughout the video.
Engagement Video
The videographer will be capturing the couple for an engagement shoot. The videographer will edit and color the video. The final video will be made available on a private YouTube page for immediate access and will also be sent in a custom USB box gift set.
Full Length Edit: 7 to 15 minute video, custom edited to your preferences to tell your story.
Engagement Video Trailer
Teaser film optimized for social media (Facebook, Instagram). This is a 1-2 minute video, highlighting your engagement that links to your full video on YouTube.

Our Process
Step 1: Select your services
To begin the booking process, you will fill out a quick contact information form to provide a few important starting details. From there you will be sent the full services list and a short questionnaire. You can then make your selections based on your needs and budget.
Step 2: Sign your contract
Once those selections are received, you will be sent an invoice, contract, and payment section for your review and approval. I require a 50% retainer to lock in your wedding date.
Step 3: Let's meet
We will schedule a meeting to discuss specifics about your wedding day and preferences for the video to make sure that everything is perfect for the big day.
Step 4: Enjoy Your Wedding Day
No need to stress on your wedding day! Enjoy each moment, knowing that Ben Vestal Productions is there to capture it all.
Step 5: Receive Your Heirloom
Enjoy your wedding day memories on video for the rest of your life! You will be sent your final edited wedding video up to four weeks after your special day. Ready to get started?
